  • As owner and senior consultant of Infinite Options, Jackie Newsom has over 20 years' experience as a customer service administrator, information systems manager, trainer, and consultant in all aspects of management communication. Her common sense approach to problem solving, coupled with her information technology savvy, has contributed to her success in designing training programs that really help people and organizations build excellence, particularly in customer service, time and priority management, change management, and leadership development.

    Jackie's facilitation and training delivery style is highly energetic and interactive. Her enthusiasm for customers is contagious and her “knock your socks off service philosophy” resulted in accolades from her clients and recognition by her employers for exceptional leadership in Customer Service and Administration. She espouses the value of quality customer service and as a result of putting the customer first, also earned awards for establishing and maintaining effective cross-functional communications and inspiring joint resolution to customer service issues.

    Recognizing that major change efforts involve effective use of people, processes and technology, Jackie designs and delivers both human potential and information systems training programs to support delivery of exceptional service to the customer.

    Some of her accomplishments include:
    • Project coordination of a minority and disadvantaged supplier training program for a utility company in Southern California
    • Project management of a small business supplier diversity outreach program sponsored by a major utility district
    • Project management services for outsourced “cradle to grave” training administration for a major utility
    • Instructional design, delivery, and train-the-trainer for quality customer service improvement training for a major airport
    • Design and delivery of a training curriculum in retail sales and independent living skills for a Southern California nonprofit organization
    • Ongoing successful subcontractor relationships with several human resource and management development firms across the country
    • On faculty at the University of Phoenix in the College of Information Systems and Technology, she teaches project management and information technology management courses and is a member of the International Customer Service Association and American Society for Training and Development.
    Jackie earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State University-Dominguez Hills and her Master of Science degree in Systems Management from the University of Southern California (USC). She also holds a certification in Management Information Systems from USC.
